SABA MS Floor is a chemically resistant, permanently elastic sealing compound. It has low
emissions, contains no solvents, is UV-stable, and moisture-curing (from the air) based on
MS polymer (single-component). It contains no hazardous substances, is odorless, easy to
use, and exhibits virtually no shrinkage.
SABA MS Floor is suitable for use in a wide range of new construction projects,
maintenance, repair, and in environmental and infrastructure applications. For example, for
filling gaps between floor panels, (polymer-concrete) channels, joints on balconies and
galleries, or expansion joints, saw cuts, guides, and penetrations in (concrete) floors. Due to
its very low emission and absence of hazardous substances, it is suitable for BREEAM
projects. It can also be used in garages, warehouses, and production halls, where legislation
requires the use of floors resistant to liquid intrusion.
