SABA Ecoseal Bio HM is mechanically and microbiologically resistant, as well as a
permanently elastic sealing compound. It has low emissions, no solvents, is UV-stable, and
moisture-curing (from the air) based on MS polymer (single-component). It is easy to
process, does not shrink, and maintains high durability thanks to excellent elasticity after
loading within the maximum allowable deformation limits.
SABA Ecoseal Bio HM is particularly suitable for joint sealing exposed to microbiological
impact, contact with drinking water and wastewater, and joints subjected to high mechanical
loads. Examples include joints in concrete slabs, precast concrete ceiling structures,
concrete culverts, galleries, wash basins, sewer systems, retaining walls, segmental, bolted,
and welded tanks and silos.
